Slumber Party Events specialise in creating beautiful, high quality and stylish teepee sleepover parties with a great range of themes available.

Based in Adelaide, we offer a full service experience from delivery and set-up to event styling and pack-down, so that all you have to do is enjoy the celebration! Our additional props and theming ensure your special occasion is an event to be remembered!

Our Themes

Suitable for girls and boys aged 4+, and a great option for tweens and teens, your child’s birthday party will be the talk of the playground!  Your child and their guests will be transported to a magical land of luxury, with the setup including teepee tents, bedding, cushions, breakfast tables and decorations to match their chosen theme.

We have a range of themes to suit different tastes and trends, and all of our slumber party hire products are carefully selected for quality, design and comfort. The special touches we add give that “wow” factor and make for beautiful photographs and memories.

We are always updating our themes and ranges, and we will let you know at time of booking if we have any additional themes available. Our 2021 themes include Harry Potter™, Under the Rainbow, Swanning Around, Enchanted Woods and Sports Stars.

Our Packages

Slumber Party Events teepee sleepover parties are a unique and fun activity for kids birthday parties and special occasions. Our packages are designed to take the stress and fuss out of organising birthday parties in Adelaide and provide an enchanting experience for the birthday child, friends and parents.

Our slumber party teepee hire packages include everything you need for the perfect sleepover occasion, including delivery, setup, theming, pack up and pick up. In addition, we professionally maintain all the hire equipment to the highest standards, including deep cleaning between parties.

We can also offer a number of additional items to make your party even easier including lolly bags, eye masks, drink bottles, balloon garlands, candy carts and even movie projectors. If you’re interested in any of these, please mention it at time of enquiry and we can provide a quote depending on your requirements.

OUR STORY – MEET SUZIE

Slumber Party Events was born out of a love of all things party!

As a mum of two gorgeous twin girls whose birthday fell at Christmas time, Suzie always felt it was important to make their shared birthday a special occasion. This love of creating memorable parties and being repeatedly asked by friends and family to cater for their parties, evolved into the creation of Slumber Party Events.

The business has since grown with more themes and packages, and even become a family affair with her husband assisting with crafting unique party props for the business.

With a background in hospitality, Suzie’s professional communication, respect for your home and family, and determination to make sure every party is beautifully setup, makes Slumber Party Events the perfect choice for your next special occasion.

FAQs

What areas do you service?

We service most of metro Adelaide and offer free travel within a 10km radius of Mitcham Post Office, as calculated by Google Maps. Thereafter, a travel fee will apply depending on your location.

How much space do I need for each teepee?

Each teepee has a footprint of approximately 190cm long x 90cm wide. If wishing to have the tray table on the floor, please add 35cm to the length (alternatively we can place on the bed).

What is provided?

Each teepee includes its own inflatable mattress, mattress protector, fitted sheet, flat sheet, quilt or blanket, novelty cushions, breakfast tray table, battery operated light and teepee decorations.

What is not provided?

For hygiene reasons we do not supply sleeping pillows so we ask your guests to bring their own

What hygiene standards do you follow?

 All items are thoroughly washed and sanitised after each party.

If you choose to add on eye masks and/or drink bottles in your packages, these are yours to keep as a memory of the events as we do not reuse these items for hygiene reasons.

What is your COVID policy?

We have completed appropriate COVID training.

Any party that cannot proceed due to COVID restrictions being enforced (such as a lockdown, stay at home orders or restrictions on the number of guests permitted in a home) we are happy to reschedule or refund (including your deposit), depending on you preference.

Please note, the $100 deposit is non-refundable for change of mind.

Why do I have to pay a deposit?

Your deposit is to secure your booking and to ensure your specific date is reserved. The deposit is put towards your total account. In taking your booking, we also forgo any other booking on this date which is why these monies are not refunded for change of mind.

Why do I have to pay a bond?

We ask for a bond to cover us in the unlikely event that items are damaged or heavily soiled requiring additional cleaning.

Do you offer a Candy Cart?

We offer a candy cart for hire with and without catering. Please mention this if you are interested when booking, and we can provide pricing options.
